Jeff Stephens

Administrative Pastor

Jeff serves as the church administrator. He oversees church operations and programs. He was born in England while his father was in the service. When not working Jeff enjoys time with his family, playing basketball and working in his yard.

John Montgomery

Student Pastor

John has served as Student Pastor since 2017. He is passionate about discipling and equipping teens for Kingdom work. He and his wife, Anna, met while studying at Lee University, and have been blessed with 4 children. John also leads our AV and Media teams, and holds credentials as an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God.

Esther Brown

Director of Congregational Care

Esther has served at Landmark for nearly 20 years in various roles, currently as Director of Congregational Care and Financial Secretary. For over 50 years, she has worked with children, teaching them about the love of Jesus and a life dedicated to Him.

Esther's love for the outdoors and passion for travel has taken her to 27 states and on a mission trip to Ecuador. She enjoys spending time on her deck watching hummingbirds, and loves to be with her family whenever possible. Esther and her husband, RC, have 3 children, Robert (who passed in 2009), Thomas, and Sylvia, as well as 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
